    create a page template;
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Creating_Your_Own_Page_Templates

    call all pages with get_pages() or WP_Query();

    how are you going to define the various headers and menus?
    are the headers and menus all different and page specific?

    what theme are you using to integrate the page?

    general structure:

    http://pastebin.com/688UpzR2

    you still need to define:
    - what you want to show as header;
    - what you want to show as menu;
    - what parts of the pages you want to show;
    - the formatting for the structure;
    ...

    what theme are you working with?

    I created my own theme in artisteer.
    As header i'd like to see yellow rectangle with logo and text, i've got that in header.php
    I want to show formatted page text.

    please ask at a artisteer forum for more support or for how to integrate the genral structure into a template generated by artisteer.

    in general, review http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Development
