All options are blank once I login in admin

I have just taken over admining a new site and as soon as I login, a vast majority of my menu options (like Posts, Media Pages, Appearance, etc.) on the left side of my screen display completely blank pages. Example: If I click on Media…the screen/page is completely white.

I have never seen this before…thanks in advance for your help!
