[resolved] All my posts have been wiped out! HELP! (6 posts)

My site, thewildmagazine.com, was working perfectly this morning, but now, out of nowhere, every single page in the domain disappeared.

I went to our WordPress dashboard, and it says 0 posts, 0 pages. We had thousands of posts, and now they have vanished.

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress.

They look to be all there on the front end in FF.

    And we're back!

Waiting to hear how the issue was resolved, but I'll let you know.

Thanks so much for the prompt advice!

It seems that our host provider crashed, and it was not a WordPress issue.

    Thanks again.
