I haven't used my site in a while and I went back to check it and noticed all of my posts were gone. My categories still show on the right hand side with the amount of entries next to them, but nothing shows up when I click them.
My URL is 'mcbattleblogdotcom'
Did you edit your theme files lately? Paste your theme index.php code:

Your site has a lot of validation errors (probably had them before, but anayway)

I deactivated my plugins and I updated to the new WP. This did nothing. No, I didn't update my theme code lately. I hadn't touched the site in a good month or so.

Do you find your posts in you database. Switching over to the default theme as in the afore mentioned thread. If it still persists open up your database and locate your posts.

I switched back to default and nothing changed. How do I locate my database? I don't know how to find my posts in my database..

Did you try the suggestion of CHANGING the permalinks setting?
Under "Settings" choose "Permalinks" and switch to "Standard".

Yes. I have switched them around to each one and nothing works.

Did you log in as Admin and check to see if all your articles exist and are submitted in their category?

When I go to Edit posts it says there aren't any, but under 'Categories' on the first page it still lists how many posts there are per category.
You need to access your database and check if you still have the wp_posts populated with content.
Use your PhpMyAdmin to check the content - while you are there run the table maintenace under the Operations tab.

Nothing was under wp-posts. I repaired it again and my posts came back. What exactly happened?
I have no idea what is causing the problem but a few of my clients had the same issue. All resolved by runing the maintenance tools aand some we had back ups so we were able to import them and get going again.

Great, so this one is (mysteriously) resolved!
