All my Post & Pages Deleted

    Hello Everyone,
    Can someone help me figure it out why all my post are all gone and my pages too. I tried to publish a new post but wouldnt go thru. Im not sure if there`s a bug or my web host.

    Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
