    This is a filesystem permissions issue on your server, not an All in One SEO Pack issue; WordPress uses a Filesystem API called WP_Filesystem that uses FTP if it can’t get access to the files through PHP. There’s probably some mismatch between the permissions of your webserver and your FTP user. You can either put in your FTP information there, or you can FTP into the server manually and upload plugins into the plugins directory if you’re comfortable with that.
