All in one seo pack not excluding pages

Hi,

I have an install of wordpress and am using the All in one seo pack. I have a plugin that changes a pages content depending on a variable passed to it so I want the All in one SEO pack to ignore the page that this is running.

I have a version of my site running on my localhost and this works fine. the SEO plugin ignores the page and my custom title is displayed. However on my live site it won’t ignore the page. I can’t see any difference between the two. Can anyone think what could be causing this as I am starting to think I am going insane…
