This should not be this difficult. WP 3.2.1 site = escortsintoledo.com Redhead is a category, I want it to show as a menu itme in the menu bar at the top.
Any help appreciated.

You could create a custom menu if your theme allows it.
Go to Appearance > Menus

You may need to click on screen options (upper right by Howdy)
to see the categories and tags listings as well as posts and pages.
