   I completed the installation of WordPress 3.0 on my company website and it seems to have completed without issue. I got no hangups or error messages and I reached the screen stating that the install was successful. The problem is when I try to go to the blog website now (http://www.central.us/blog) all I receive is the directory listing instead of the blog interface.

   If anyone else has run into this issue and could be of assistance it would be greatly appreciated.

   What is in the files:

   wp-config.php
   index.php

   For starters your index.php does not even look remotely like a WordPress index.php file - and your wp-config.php file is empty.
