It’s usually caused when the download is being corrupted. Can you please provide me with your support information found within the Settings screen under the Support tab. Also, what file types is this affecting and can you provide a sample URL to the file. If you don’t want to post here you can send the information to hello[at]delightfulwp.com.

I’ve tested with a PDF document. Download works.
Looks like something is wrong when using ZIP archives. The ZIPs themeselves are OK. I’ve tested it with a simple HTML-Link, which works pretty well.
