All comments moderated, despite settings…?!

    Hi all
    I’m using 2.0.2, and find that all comments not by registered users are being held for moderation, despite the fact that the options page clearly says anyone can post comments, and nothing related to moderation is turned on.

    And when I turned on “email me when a comment is held,” as a stopgap, that didn’t work either.

    Help?
