   I know i can get an RSS feed of comments for an individual post. Anyone figure out how to get one for ALL comments for your entire blog?

   I know a widget exists to display this on the sidebar, but I'd like to get an RSS feed for it.

   Also I'd like to change the "target" to open in a new window for some of the links if possible.

   This is built in.

   yourblog.com/comments/feed/

   As for the target, that's not in the feed--that depends on how the end user chooses to display the feed.
