all certain member level to post ads or items for sale

Hi, new to all this so apologies for lack of correct language use.

I am creating a site that is 100% restricted to members – there is no access to anything if you are not a paid member. You must be approved before you can buy membership – it is for an existing in person community…so we don’t want to be open to public.

I am going to use s2member to set up 3 levels of membership, each costing more than last based on extra features.

The highest level membership will allow the member to be able to advertise in a community store/marketplace. All levels can see and shop in marketplace, but only highest level can advertise/post items for sale.

They may post a typical business ad – like in newspaper, etc announcing their business, they may post a special deal/coupon, etc. They may post a property for rent/lease/sale, items for sale (jewelry, etc) or whatever.

How is the best way to get this all set up?
I am using most recent version of wp with most recent buddypress and have the buddyboss theme.

I am brand new to all of this and things like shortcode, php, css, are things I know nothing of.

There would need to be a way for them to get paid, if there was an item they were selling straight off the website- like they were selling jewelry – so the person could buy it and they could ship it – would like that option, but really since we are in person group, they might just email the seller and make local arrangements to purchase.

I know there are plugins for making a store,

what I don’t know is if I can have it set up to restrict who can post items to the marketplace without my having to manually approve it. so anyone with a level 6 membership can post up to 3 items at any time in the store… that is the type of thing I am looking for.
