This would be personalized support. I hope other WP.org users will help you. Otherwise you might use form on my website to request coding help if you’re willing to do it for a fee.
Otherwise I would try to search for a free plugin that can render similar post listing.

Hi Tomas, actually, I was able to apply a code using the twenty-twelve theme, but on the tiny forge theme, for some reasons, the featured image/thumbnail wont appear on the homepage and on the post itself.
That’s right, because in 2012 featured image is posted before title and in Tiny Forge in the header. You will have to dig deeper into content.php
Older TinyForge versions had that 2012 code commented out, so you might check them to see if content.php still has it:

hmmmm. Even though not exactly as I put it there, for as long as the thumbnail is on the left and there’s an excerpt on the right.

ah ok, so if I found the code in older version, I’ll copy the code then paste in my current content.php version of tiny-forge? Will this work or I’ll have to completely use the older version?
Every theme is different and content.php sets how post listing should look and whether featured image should be displayed or not.
It is not standard that all themes should do it, because it is not something all users want. I decided to make a theme that displays featured image in the header area, so if you need something else, you have to customize the code.

Many thanks Tomas for accommodating all my questions. Regarding the coding. More or less how much will it cost me to code only the presentation of thumbnail and excerpt that I want?
It’s better discuss it in person. Please fill use the contact form:
