   I've tried everything to get the FB share button aligned in the vertical bar on my page and it won't work.

   Any ideas? I'm using the code directly from FB Share button builder (http://www.facebook.com/share/)

   Any thoughts?

   Focus simply being to provide a quick fix, add this to the bottom of your theme's stylesheet.
   

   .fb_share_count_wrapper { margin-left: 7px!important; }

   It sticks to the left because it's a left floated element.

   Too bad the plugin is now broken in IE. Your fix didn't cause it of course.

   Could WP 3.0.1 upgrade have caused this?

   Possibly, i couldn't say one way or the other as i don't use that particular plugin myself.

   The plugin page indicates 3.0.1 support though.
