Aligning or adding Margins to Products on store page?

    How can I center align the products on my store’s page? Everything is left aligned by default. I have tried adding code to the style.css but nothing changes!! I have tried a lot of things and this has been a problem for quite some time. Can someone help me please?

    Hi, This gives some improvement:
    body {max-width:988px; margin:auto}
