• I use a variety of themes, but have the same problem with all – just want to centre content, like different width logos and link symbols, in sidebars. I’ve tried using <align=”centre”> but that doesn’t seem to work – so what can I do?

    Here’s an example: http://www.retiredlife.tv/

    I’d like both the leaderboard and the YouTube bar at the bottom of the page to be centred on the pages, so how can I do that?

  • thats a highly monetized site………….any paid wp consultant would be happy to help i guess

    try this:
    margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;

    ChrisG46,

    Have you tried

    align="center" within the image tag for the logo, banner ad, etc. in the HTML code?

    Alignment generally isn’t a separate tag enclosed with pointy brackets.

    Thanks for this so far – the “align” doesn’t seem to work wherever I put it, and I’m not sure where to put the “margin” instruction!

    @root: brings in less than $1 a day – would you work for that?
