   I thought that Akismet was a free anti spam service. Have they recently started charging a monthly fee for an API key?

   Is it worth it?

   Akismet has only ever been free for personal sites.

   I guess I was misinformed. I will look at some reviews and determine if I want to use it. It's time consuming to have the spam comments come into my inbox and then having to mark the comments as Spam.
