Since the day I have configured Akismet I am receiving no comments not even a single comment. what's wrong with it, please guide because the traffic of my web has also dropped.

Have you checked Akismet's spam queue?

Auto-delete spam submitted on posts more than a month old.
Show the number of comments you've approved beside each comment author.
I have checked these both options
