Akismet for textarea not working

Hi great plugin BTW 🙂
Having some spam problems. Akismet is only filtering spam on our Name & email fields.
The textarea for the content field doesn’t have an akismet declaration. Everything I’ve read said the form sends all fields to Akismet but it is not working. I put in regular data into the name & email fields then viagra-test-123 into the textarea and it passes and sends email. Otherwise adding viagra-test-123 into the name and/or email field then it works fine and displays the spam message.

Any ideas? Thx.
