   Hi,

   I'm prototyping a Shoutcast/Wordpress powered Facebook based radio station. see it here: http://on.fb.me/kcBAaI

   Users will need to be able to switch tabs w/o reloading the player (which is iframe'd in). here's the high level structure of the page.

   Facebook Page
   < iframe >
   < body >WordPress Theme
   < iframe >Player</ iframe >
   < div >nav bar, content, etc - This is what i'd like to load dynamically.< /div >
   < /body >
   < /iframe >

   i'm very new to ajax but am pretty sure this is simple. Can someone point me in the right direction?
