AJAX Chat in frame

I am trying to embed AJAX Chat (http://frug.github.io/AJAX-Chat/) inside an iframe or something like that so that it appears inside of my theme. I have had no problem installing it on my server. You can get to it by going to AJAX Chat on my site however the next step or inserting it in a frame or within the theme itself is above my head.

Does anyone have an easy suggestions? Not really sure if there would be a plugin that would do this or what I would even search for to attempt it.
