[resolved] Airbrakes Plugin (6 posts)

    I messed up bad guys, I installed the airbrake plugin and I enabled it and now I cant turn it off because I am not able to even get into my dashboard. I need serious help guys, I do not know how to get into my plugins in order to disable it. If I go to my website I get an error message and cant even access my website when not logged in. How do I disable this please help. website is http://www.firststepflorida.com

    You should be able to disable it easily enough by using your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to rename or remove the airbrake plugin directory. That should probably do it.

    I am just a small business owner I dont know how to do that do i use file zilla? i host throu 1and1

    Hi @Davidwright1589,

    Thanks for trying out the plugin. Sorry to hear you had an issue. I've tried it out on 3.5.1, and it was successful.

    Maybe there are other plugins that are causing an error. Could you tell me which other plugins your using?
