Since the update to WP 3.0, I can't add tags, add a new category (I can select an existing category, but not add), the help button doesn't work, I can't edit when my post was published, I can't move the boxes around ... nothing but the publish button works.
WHAT GIVES?!
WP 3.0 wrecked my website. Please Help.

So start by deactivating all plugins and switch to the TwentyTen theme.
Also when writing a post, under Screen Options, make sure you have Screen Layout set to 2 columns.

Wait - let me get this right. Because I upgraded - I have to downgrade the rest of it? I'd rather just go back to WP 2.9.
Anyway - I can't access screen options, because like I said, I can't click on anything in the right hand side (and the screen options tabby is on the right hand side). So thanks, but that doesn't overly help.
Deactivating plugins is not downgrading.

Removing functionality is not downgrading? I guess we are all entitled to our opinions.
Is there anyone else that can help me by any chance?

Try Contacting your host and tell them to set you back 2 days to version 2.9.2 when your site was working fine

That might be the best bet.
It's a shame that an upgrade in software makes things worse. :/
Best of luck with 3.0 folks. I'll stick with 2.9.2
