   Just updated to latest version of WordPress.
   Then used the image uploader and it uploaded fine but the image (even in the uploader) wont display.
   If I add the image to the post and then try click on the image which takes me to the actual image source - it says incorrect file permissions.
   I checked on the server and the images are not being uploaded any more with the correct permissions making them unviewable via the website.

   What has changed to cause this to happen? Old images uploaded beforehand are all fine?
   Please someone advise!

   Are you using any image/media related plugins?

   Are the folder permissions for wp-content/uploads correct?

   No plugins being used.
   All folder permissions are fine...nothing was changed since I upgraded to latest version.

   ?? any ideas?
