   Last night I uploaded a single picture using the same method I have a thousand times before. But this time something broke. The image never appeared in the post and now I can't even edit it. Whatever changes I make to the post are lost when I click save, and I can't even click the HTML tab to see what happened to the code. I didn't install any plugins, I didn't edit the WP code, and I didn't change anything...it just stopped working once I uploaded that image and hasn't worked since.

   But have you tried deactivating the plugins you do have running?

   Hi,

   - Upgrade your wordpress to the latest version.
   - Assign 766 recursive permissions to wp-content folder
   - Add this code in htaccess:

   <IfModule mod_security.c>
   SecFilterEngine Off
   SecFilterScanPOST Off
   </IfModule>
