After upgrading post fix on one Article

Hi

After upgrading to latest update we have notice that our post section fix to one post. When ever new post coming that gone mid of pages.

Our Setting is to latest post display first.

One more thing
We have one plug-in which work fine in WP 7 but after upgrading it’s miss the lot’s of side menu. Hence we are not able to save any item in that plug-in.

Please suggest the way to sorted out.
