   Hello!

   I upgraded to 3.1 and everything esle seams to work OK, except when I select a certain category, I always see the main page with all the posts, instead of posts in that category. And those categories that have their own template, also do not show. Archives by month work OK.

   What could be the cause for this? How can I solve the problem?

   Get rid off any category plugin that you use.

   Hello Roy,

   Thank you, but I already tried that and it does not change anything. I deactivated:

   Advanced Category Excluder
   Elevate Parent Category Template
   Redirection - just in case

   But I still have the same problem. Whatever category I choose, the URL above is correct, but the content is the same as on main page.

   Search around the forums a little. Something changed with categories in 3.1 and there seems to be a whole range of plugins conflicting with the new version.
   A faster way, perhaps, is deactivating ALL plugins and see if that helps. If it does, reactivate them one by one.

   Well I found out I have to look for permalink problems and I tried this solution:

   But with no luck. For me this worked:
