After upgrade, left nagivation panel incomplete in dashboard

    After upgrading to 2.7.1, I can’t change anything with the themes appearance. There are buttons (in the DASHBOARD) for:

    POSTS > Edit/Add New

    MEDIA > Library/Add New

    COMMENTS

    PROFILE > Your Profile

    TOOLS > Tools

    And that’s about all I have to choose from. There is no appearance tab at all. What did I do wrong? Thank you.
