After updating wordpress 3.8 – CSS not working

    I updated wordpress to 3.8 in my localhost and admin panel CSS is not working ! font color changed to white !! What to do ?

    Hi! I hade the same problem… Set file permission 755 on wp-admin and wp-includes and include all folders inside them. It seems like the installation put other permissions on some files.
