I've been getting weird errors ever since I upgraded to WordPress 3.2.
When users submit a form, the fields always go blank. For the message that's shown, 1 of 3 things happen:
1. Green box and successful message is shown
2. Red box and failure to send message is shown
3. Nothing is show
The submissions always go through no matter the message shown or not shown. Is it 3.2 or just the way my website is setup?

Confirmation emails almost always go into spam, but that's probably another issue.
