Clicking on anything on the main index will result with a no page found error. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Same for me. I may have created this problem myself, as I used a text editor and FTP client to make changes to address other problems:
    • lots warning messages pertaining to headers (I edited out the space at the end of my wp-load.php file to fix that)
    • before that there were “could not copy file” error messages when upgrading plug-ins (I forget how I fixed this)
    • before that, the problem that started it all—my site would not load. It would simply stop loading and display a blank white page and maybe an “internal server error.” I think removing a bad plugin fixed this.

So those issues all appear to be fixed, and now I can access my home page and my admin pages normally, but all posts and pages fail to display and just result in a “page not found.”

I used myPHP to see that all my posts still appear to be intact in the database.

This is not the same as the problem I have read about where the database is wiped out or crashes and needs to be rebuilt or repaired. I did repair my wp_posts table anyway, but at no point did it look like my database was empty. The pages just don’t show up when you click on the links or enter addresses in the url bar.

Oddly enough, the full posts DO display just fine on the front page, complete with embedded images.

My sidebar widgets and other layout elements all appear fine as well.

I am having this problem, as well. Any solutions out there? I thought this was a result of the fact that the GUID on my posts and pages was for the old host, but apparently that doesn’t actually affect where the pages are located, and a quick search shows that the GUID should NEVER EVER EVER be changed.
