After installing a 3rd party theme (Theme Forest), My screen goes white in wp-admin and I'm unable to do any customization. The theme is installed, I can see it when I go to the URL, but when I attempt to navigate to the wp-admin folder, it goes blank. Why is this happening? I also tried to install a WP theme from Word Press and it went white on me too. I'm really desperate for help. Thanks!

I started deactivating Plug-ins and reactivating them and isolated WPBakery Visual Composer as the one that forces WP-ADMIN into a white screen.

I added the debug pieces in wp-config...then re-activated Visual Composer and got the following message.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /hsphere/local/home/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 376

Line 376 on that php script is the following:

    case 'users_per_page':

    ANY CLUES???

Use WordPress search for allocated memory exhausted

There are different ways to fix it.

Your theme is supported at Theme Forest and the plugin should have a support site. http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

Used this and added a script to wp-config.php

    No more WSD!
    thanks!
