   This is an initial install of WordPress 2.8.1.
   I browsed to http://conservativefirefighters.com/wp-admin/install.php
   Then I attempted to login as Admin,
   I entered the Admin user name and password
   Then I get the following

   Directory listing is denied
   The Web server is configured not to display a list of the contents of this directory.

   Please try the following:

   Contact the Web site administrator if you believe this directory should allow browsers to display a list of its contents.
   HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden: Directory listing denied.
   Internet Information Services (IIS)

   Thanks for any help with this.

   OK. After login, I notice I can go to http://www.conservativefirefighters.com/index.php and I can see the home page. In fact, anyone can navigate to this page.

   But after I log on as Admin, instead of going to the admin page, I get the Error 403.14 message.
   I momentarily changed some security settings at my host, and I was able to view all the directory files and folders after login, but not my index.php page. It looked like something one might see using a mobile device.
