[resolved] After buying Gold Cart I still can't use "grid view" (5 posts)

    After buying the 'Gold Cart Plugin' which clearly states as the first feature that it enables you to use "Grid View". After installing this plugin I was able to use "List View" however "Grid View" still was unable to be clicked on. If somebody could help that would be great!

    Hey there,
    Please note that these forums are for the free WP e-Commerce plugin.
    Gold Cart questions should be posted on the getshopped website or premium support.

    On to the question, have you registered it by entering your API key info on the Store -> Upgrades page ?

    That is what I'm struggling with, when I enter my API Username and API Key is does not register the gold cart plugin? Which I'm sure is the reason why I do not have the full Plugin Features. I'm really not sure why I cannot register the plugin but I'm sure this would be what the problem is.

    When I try to register the plugin I get a white line with a thin red line at the left hand-side of the white line with no writing to say why the registration failed. After this it still says I need to register my plugin.

    I hope you have a solution as I still cannot use the gold cart plugin I have paid for!
