After Auto-upgrade, stuck in Maintenance and sites still says 2.6.3

    I ran the automatic upgrade plugin. Everything seemed to work fine but at the end my dashboard is still giving me the Upgrade to 2.6.5 notice and my site is stuck in maintenance mode. What happened?
