   I been at this for a few days now,

   I am using the Fresh Trailer theme and after a fresh install of 3.3 my admin panel is not functioning.

   I believe that it's THEME related because it works fine with the default theme

   I found out that one of the javascript files could be causing the problem. When I remove the file the admin functions work but some of the theme functions stop working...can someone tell me what the fix could be

   I have no plugins
   I reloaded all new files in cpanel
   I tried Hotfix plugin
   I tried Google Libraries plugin

   Check if your theme is compatible with WP 3.3. To check, you may try switching to the default theme (twentyeleven) for a moment by renaming your current theme's folder in wp-content/themes. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue.

   -Ipstenu has put togather an extensive 3.3 troubleshooting guide. Please review it as well.
