At the moment I'm working on a website for my brother in law. He has his own line of leather bags and needs a website to present his bags to both customers and other companies (for whole sale).
I'm quite new to making websites and don't have much experience using Word Press but so I've managed to get a few pages online: http://www.vanschooneveldenbeunk.nl
Just recently he's had all his merchandise photographed and so now I have to figure out an easy and low maintenance way of getting the pic's on the site. First I was planning on using Simpleviewer but now it turns out that he has several photos for each bag (different views) so I'm guessing that won't work very well.
My ideal would be to have a page showing thumbnails of each bag. Once clicked people should be redirected to a new page dedicated to the selected bag showing different pictures, some general information and the price. Right now it's not necessary for people to buy from the website. I'm looking more into a product portfolio.
Is there an easy plugin I can use or would it be more sensible to just set up an html page and then add it to the page? As plugins go, i need something which will allow me to keep the pages in the same style as the website.
Really need some help getting started, so if someone can steer me in the right direction I'd be very grateful.
