   I would appreciate some advice for a newbie regarding how to setup a simple website using WordPress (i.e. how to constrain it to look like such a simple website, with out all the bells and whistles)

   Requirements
   * Main Page
   * About Page
   * Contacts Page - with email form with Captcha

   So I think it's mainly about:
   a) how to constrain things to make it look like a simple website, not a blog with various features
   b) how to do the Captcha page
