   I am designing my website primarily for the purpose of:

   1. Receiving youtube or vimeo video embed codes from my iPad/Android Apps, sent automatically to the website >> videos are to be moderated under draft article, re-categorised, then posted.

   2. Videos are then subjected to a community rating system, with a objectionable content flagging, to provide viewers a means to flag their concerns, and for us to avoid legal problems.

   I've looked through many plugins and have not come to a conclusion of which is usable for this purpose or if it's even a plugin issue.

   Appreciate any expert advice on this...
