Hi Scott - first off, we use OpenX enterprise for some of our clients -- in a word bad@ss -- congrats.
Um, so just launched a site and have upgraded to 3.0.3 --
plugins of note include W3 Total Cache.
I saw a previous topic which suggested that Advertising Manager did not, yet, support OpenX Market. I'm curious if that is still the case and that is why ads are not showing up in the sidebar widget area.

since i've installed w3 total cache, i can't get openx to work, period. i've been selectively disabling cache techniques without much luck.
the openx code is still being rendered into the page, but no ads show up. no idea why, just noticed that they were working...
