Advanced user integration

Hi,

I am building a wordpress based site for a friend who requires a pretty advanced user system that i am pretty sure is posable with wordpress but im not sure how to do it.. here is a flow chart kind of thing from the user registering to them being able to post.

1. User goes to register page that has extra fields such as Title, Address and so on
2. They are then told their registration request will be moderated and they will be contacted soon
3. The moderator (one person) gets an email saying, Mr Test Tester has requested a membership (this email contains all of the information such as Title & Address

• This person is granted, the moderator goes to the wordpress admin section, click Accept and the user is sent an email saying they have been granted, including the normal wordpress confirmation email stuff such as a generated password
• This person is denied, the user is sent an email telling them they have been denied membership, (would be even better if the moderator could add in a message) and there is a link to dispute this denial in the email

I really hope this is posable – perhaps with some database and code editing is needed but would be good if anyone could push me in the right direction 🙂
