   Hi Friends,

   I want to build a blog network where I am syndicating content from several partner blogs. I want fetch their RSS feeds and integrate them in my blog.

   I don't just want to display them, but basically save them in my DB as new posts, assign them new categories / tags, and do other processing like search and summarize...

   Is there any plugin that allows me to do this?

   Have a look at the following plugin. I can't personally comment on such things, but it seems to tie in with your intentions of using RSS content to create posts.
