Advanced Register/Login System

Does anyone know here how to get an advanced register/login system that does not give you the weird passwords and looks more professional and cleaner than the standard login? For example, go to my site http://www.thegameraccess.com/ and scroll to the bottom and you will see a menu. Click register or sign-in and you will see the standard thing.
