   I am running 2.6 and my advanced options tabs don't work in the write page or edit page, but the advanced options work in the write post and edit post.

   thanks for any help on this.

   do you have the feedwordpress plugin enabled? i found this: http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/7248

   i disabled the feedwordpress plugin and the advanced options are working now.

   Thank you. I was having the same problem, and turning off feedwordpress did indeed solve it.
