   We are using Advanced Excerpts Version 3.1, Headway version 2.0.13 and Word Press version 3.2.1 and keep getting this error on our blog page and blog category pages:
   Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/ppiweb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/advanced-excerpt/advanced-excerpt.php on line 447

   This appears to be a fairly common error. Does anyone have a fix for this?

   +1: Same here. Any solution for the problem, other plugin that work similar but with no errors?

   We're having the same trouble. Advanced Excerpt 3.1 and WordPress 3.2.1.

   Thanks MWise, the corrections work for me ! Maybe someone could manage a new version of this great plugin as the creator does not make any update now.
