I am new to blogging and now have a site with WordPress as my tool. However, I don't have the time to learn how to customize WordPress to my liking. Does anyone offer WordPress advance customization? I would like to have a variety of .css templates and other custom features. If you can assist please e-mail me and provide examples of your work.

    dreamer,
Sushubh's StyleCompetition link has a number of premade templates. Some other WP users have made generous donations of WP templates they have made as well - search this forum. Instead of trying to start out with an advanced blog, why not make a few posts and design as you go? You'll be able to focus on writing good content and learn a little HTML, CSS, and PHP along the way and that's always A Good Thing.
However, if you have no time or desire to do even a little customizing work, I'm not sure if WP is the best thing. Blogger ( http://www.blogger.com ) lacks WP's customizability and extensive features but may be better if you want to start writing right away.

I might add that if you were thinking of a professional design job, your search need not be confined to the Word Press community. Any good web designer, should be able to do it. One of the great joys about WordPress, is that although the front end code may seem like gobbledegook to a non coder; to any web programmer familiar with web standards, it is standard stuff. As to sending emails of peoples work, a Google search will throw up thousands of WP sites, by pros, semi pros and home bloggers alike. All of which say somewhere on them, in some form, who designed them.
