Advanced Bulk Add Categories

Hey Guys, I’m not sure if anyone can help me with this as the theme is a premium theme, But if it helps I have spoken to the Authors and they can’t help me with this.

First of all the theme is a real estate based theme.

I need to add all the states and suburbs for Australia but I’ve hit an issue.

I tried using a Bulk Add category plugin for wordpress that works really well for the States. but for the suburbs there is an additional field to
select which state the suburb is for before adding the suburb. But unfortunately the Bulk add plugin doesn’t pick this up so it doesn’t allow me to select which state the suburb is for.

Can anyone help me with this issue? or can someone develop a small plugin to do this? I’d be happy to pay for services also.

or if anyone can lead me in the right direction that would be great.
I really need to bulk add because there are too many suburbs to add and it’s very time consuming to do it all manually.
