    Hey guys,

I have a question to ask, to which only you knowledgeable people would know the answer. So please bear with me.

So I have this notebook full of questions that I want to turn digital and post it on my blog.

The format of the notebook is: there's a page with a question (with images) to which the people answer, on the next page there is another question and so on and so forth. Sometimes these pages are "interrupted" by other pages with text and/or images.

I want the digital format to be just like the physical one: multiple pages, each with a question (and the posibility to add text, sounds or pictures), a text area in which the user to answer, a button to submit the answer, a button to go to the previous question, a button to go to the next question.

Also, there's a catch: I want the user to write his answer, hit the submit button and after that the answer to be immediately posted below the question. Thus, when another user visits the page and answers, he can also see the last user's answer. And so on and so forth.

Basically, I guess what I want is the ability to chain multiple post pages that can also "record" the user's answer and save it in a database.

My question is: is there any plug-in that can do that? Although my problem sounds like creating a survey, but no survey plug-in that I tested comes close to what I really want?

If not, what can I do (I know I have to create a database as well, for the answers) to make this happen?

Thank you in advance, I greatly appreciate it.

P.S. I'm new to WordPress, php and css. So I most probably won't understand more advanced terms.

    Hi,
I didn't heard about any plugin that does that but there are several themes that may do it I have some examples in mind but they are premium themes.
The good news is that you don't have to make changes to the database you can use custom fields to save the user's answer.
If you don't find any theme that has the option to go from one post to the next one you will have to make a child theme and put the links(next and previous) in the post listing.
If you don't know php, css and wordpress this might be a too large project for you but if you read some articles and ask questions ... you might get it to work.
    Regards

    Hello jnhghy,

Thank you very much for the answer. :D I will look into the custom fields solution, thank you for the suggestion.
