AdServe - Subscribers can't get ad reports? (2 posts)

Have been poking around here and the author's forum all morning and can't find my answer -- I'd like to create a user as a Subscriber so advertisers can see their ad reports but NOT create/edit posts. The person I am running this site for wants VERY tight control, so there is one Admin and anyone else logging in needs to be a Subscriber (no Authors, Editors, Contributors). Seems that AdServe won't allow Subscribers an Ads section, only Profile.

    A. Am I doing something wrong within AdServe?
    B. Is this just a limitation of WP and I need to send impression/clickthrough reports to my advertisers manually?
    C. Is there a hack to get around this?

    Thanks. :)

Looking at the code in Version 0.3 it appears the Ads panel is given a user level of zero, meaning it should display. It's under Dashboard, though... so you'll have to click on "Dashboard" to see the tab.

I see it on WordPress 2.5.1 as a Subscriber.

You'll of course need to put the user's name in the field on the Ads edit page to enable their ads to show up.
